WHAT YOU SEE
Each cyan box is a validated CANONICAL VOGON EPOCH — the atomic unit of the DQLDB. The real corpus has ~3,300 epochs; the Teaching Demo shows 8 covering the corpus's actual concept layer (QAPA · QHI · QDR · QANO · QVS · QAS · QLA · QDE).
WHY IT MATTERS
An epoch carries WHO and WHAT was minted, WHEN, under WHICH coalition policy, with a sha256 canonical_hash you can verify against the audit trail. Everything else in this scene references epochs — they are the bedrock.
HOW TO READ IT
Hover any box. The inspector shows status, hash audit, schema, epoch b58, trust rung, parent concept, coalition, mint timestamp, GICS sector, schema variant, population, and a 'teaches' line that explains what THIS concept type is.
